The Grand Bohemian Hotel will be a high-rise, luxury boutique hotel project to be developed which located in the Northwest Quadrant of Trade Street and Church Street in the central business district of Charlotte, North Carolina. The Grand Hotel is expected to have 15 floors and the total construction area is approximately 26,261 square meters. Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
The house of representatives has passed an extension of the EB-5 statute through December 7, 2018. This means that applications can be filed through December 4, 2018 under the same terms and conditions and investment levels as they currently stand.

For the EB-5 Visa, There are three basic requirements: First, the alien must establish a business or invest in an existing business that was created or restructured after November 19, 1990. Second, the alien must have invested $1 million (only $500,000 when investing in a USCIS designated regional center) in the business. Third, the business must create full-time employment for at least 10 US workers.
