Group  63 will develop and construct three industrial and residential developments in two states, including Alameda Industrial/Logistics Project, Waterman Industrial/Logistics Facility, and Pecan Square Residential Community.

Alameda (North Loop Center 3) - Alameda, California

The project will focus on industrial and logistics development, known as the North Ring Center 3. This section is expected to include six Class A light industrial buildings. It is anticipated to consist of six class-A, light industrial buildings to be constructed on 11.8 acres of land in Alameda, California. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
 
Waterman - San Bernardino, California

A class A speculative warehouse facility to be constructed on 62 acres (25 hectares) of land located in San Bernardino. This facility is anticipated to provide 1,032,072 square feet (95,883 square meters) of speculative warehouse space to the region. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
 
Walnut Square Residential Master Plan Area - Northlake, Texas

The project will be a master-planned residential community located in Northlake, Texas.  It is expected to have approximately 3,000 homes by 2036 and provide commercial retail, education and residential facilities. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2020.
